This is the dutch website about the life of Father Eustaquio, Eustachius in dutch. Father Eustaquio was born on a farm located between the villages Aarle Rixtel and Beek en Donk. If you are not able to come to the Eustachius Chapel in the St. Michael church you can send us your prayerrequest by filling in this link. By pushing the 'verzend' button you intention will automaticly arrive in the parish, published on the website and in the Eustachius chapel. All intentions will be prayed for in local Eucharisty and by the nuns of the monastary nearby.
If you're intending to visit his village of birth you're more than welcome to do so. Beek en Donk is located only 120Km from Schiphol Amsterdam airport. You can either take a train to Eindhoven where you'll find a direct busservice to Beek en Donk (total travel time is 2 hours) or you can take a car (total travel time 1.45). Places to visit:- Original farm house of the Van Lieshout family (where Eustaquio was born). Still inhabited by a van Lieshout. No entrance - Parish church Sint Michael in Beek en Donk. Opened daily from 9.30 to 16.30. This is the church where Father Eustaquio has been babtised and read his first mass. In the church you'll find a beautifull Eustachius chapel. Although the front door of the farm was located in Aarle Rixtel, the family was fully oriented on Beek en Donk. That is why you'll find his parish church (Church of St. Michael) in this village. Go to the map link and you'll find the right locations.
